Sheila's Green Bean Casserole
- Green beans: Two drained cans of green beans.
- Canned soup: A can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
- Cheese: 1 cup shredded Cheddar or a blend of both sharp and mild cheese!
- Tator Tots: Enough Tater Tots to cover the top of the dish
- Optional ingredients: Crumbled bacon, sautéed mushrooms or onions
Directions:
- 1.Mix the green beans and mushroom soup in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until warm.
- 2.Stir in half the cheese. Microwave until melted and well-blended.
- 3.Transfer to a prepared baking dish. Top with tator tots and remaining cheese.
- 4.Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and the tots are brown.
- Serve up and enjoy!
