Ingredients
1 pound Sirloin Steak, cubed and seasoned with salt and pepper
1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup sour cream
1 cup homemade or ready made beef gravy
20 ounces Wide Egg Noodles (cooked to directions on package)
Instructions
Brown seasoned, cubed sirloin steak in olive oil until browned. Add 50/50 sour cream and beef gravy. Heat thoroughly. Serve over cooked Wide Egg Noodles.
