Grilled Chicken Over Fettuccine Alfredo

Alfredo Sauce recipe:

1 cup, heavy, whipping cream

1/2  cup half-and-half

8 ounces cream cheese

2/3 cup shredded Parmesan or Romano cheese

1/2 cup butter

1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

3/4  teaspoon nutmeg

Fresh cracked pepper to taste

1 Box Fettuccine Noodles

Grilled Chicken

 

Cut a stick of butter into pieces and cut cream cheese into small pieces.  Put all ingredients into saucepan and mix together while cooking over medium heat, and don’t stop stirring until the mixture is smooth and ready to pour over cooked noodles. Add grilled chicken on top.
